Chocolate week!

Happy chocolate week everyone. I certainly don’t need a reason to eat loads of cacao…. But I’m feeling it is a great way to justify my addiction! Cacao is full of antioxidants to make you glow from the inside out. This is a simple & delicious way to try cacao:

Serves one hungry tum!
1 fresh coconut (flesh + water)
1 tbsp avocado
250 ml water
2 tbsp protein powder
1 tbsp cacao
1 tbsp desiccated coconut
1 tbsp chia seeds

Blend xx
