Pink protein

I love the gym so often need a great smoothie packed full of protein….. But that tastes amazing. Today I enjoyed this on the run & my bf gave it a thumbs up too. Use dairy if you wish to replace my soy products.

To make:
1 handful raspberries
1 banana
2 heaped tablespoons of protein powder (I used organic pea protein- vegan)
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
3 tablespoons of soy yoghurt
2-3 cups soy milk
1 cup oats

Blend! Adjust liquid to suit your smoothie liking. Can replace soy with water or half/ half for less creaminess.
